Vacation Orlando Florida
Orange Lake Resort can simply be described as a home away from home. Orange Lake Resort is located in Orlando, Central Florida, USA. It is a very beautiful place for families to spend their vacation. The resort is so large that at the time of our visit, there were about more than 14,000 families before Christmas and more families were checking in before the Xmas eve. Orange Lake Resort consists of five villages; North village, East village, West village and River Island. Orange lake is quite big and it has a free shuttle service that takes guest from one place to the other within the resort.
They have fun areas, like theatre, games, arcade, gyms with state of art sport equipments, pools etc. The gulf courts are quite big and so much within the resorts. It is quite spacious and a lot of places to be and spend the evening/nights. They have live bands in the evening and water edge water ports. The villas are very comfortable with enough facilities for everyone and children. There are no boring times because you could visit any of the villages for fun at no cost.
The registration centre of the resort operates 24/7 none stop. We checked-in about 1300pm on 22nd December, 2015 seamlessly without any issue, except the refundable deposit of $200 we paid. Our apartment was located in the East village. It was a two bed room apartment, beautiful, spacious and well equipment state of earth bed/bedding, washing machine, sofa, and well equipped kitchen dish washing machine, electric cooker/oven, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. It’s really home away from home. We simply bought food stuff from groceries shop and made our food throughout our staying in the resort. It was full of fun for every member of the family throughout the vacation both within and outside the resort.
GRANDE VILLA RESORT
We spent the 2nd week of our vacation in Grande Villa Resort. This is also beautiful and interesting but not as big and exciting as Orange Lake Resort. It is smaller than Orange Lake. You can walk through the resort in few minutes. There is no water surfing and the golf course are quite small. There are no fun places for children and the swimming pools are smaller than the ones in Orange Lake. The resort is located close to event centres like Disney spring, Sea World, etc. This makes it very interesting. We spent our days outside the resorts visiting these event centres and shopping
The registration centre of the Grande resort also operates 24/7 none stop. We checked-in about 8pm on 26th December, 2015 with some challenge which was resolved later. We paid refundable deposit of $250 and non-refundable of $45. It was also two bed room apartment, beautiful, spacious and well equipment state of earth bed/bedding, washing machine, sofa, and well equipped kitchen dish washing machine, electric cooker/oven, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. The children prefer Grande Villa resort to Orange Lake. It’s unique and beautiful design. We also simply bought food stuff from groceries shop and made our food throughout our staying in the resort.
Generally, our stay in Orlando was full of fun for the whole family because we got to visit many fun sites and also we got the opportunities to shop .
In conclusion, the vacation was exiting, fun and memorable for everyone especially for the children because they visited many fun sites like Disney springs ,etc. It worth recommending to families to experience by joining RVI/RCI.
