Apologies for not getting back to you as I had to travel back to the US/UK on official business and returned only this afternoon.
Generally, the vacation in Orlando was fun as usual and we all had a good time out there after visiting four years ago in 2008.
As per the accommodation in Sheraton Vistana Resort, it was also okay and the resort had a variety of recreational facilities and the apartments were quite comfortable.
The only issue I had was the weekly caution deposit of $50 each week for the two weeks we stayed at the Resort which came to a total of $100. The officials at the check-in counter requested for this amount from my Visa Card and promised that this will be refunded to me within 7 working days of our checking out of the resort. However, it is well over 3 weeks that we left the resort i.e. 25th of August 2012 and the $100nis yet to be refunded as promised.
I hereby solicit your assistance in ensuring that the aforementioned amount is refunded to me via my Visa card as promised by the Resort Officials otherwise, I may deem it as an inappropriate way of further taxing me as a member of RVI/RCI.
Other than the issue raised above, it was a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next vacation in due course.
